What is One Mindshift?

One Mindshift is a system designed to teach you how to program the voice in the back of your head to achieve goals and manifest happiness. 

First, we release unproductive thought patterns and loops. This makes space to install intention driven thought loops that align with your goals.

A small beginning time commitment of only nine minutes per day gets you on your path. We use a three minute session repeated three times per day to begin seeing results within a few weeks (9 minutes per day, every day).

Find your path to happiness, increased health, and abundance. Reset the programs in your mind and replace them with conscious, purposeful affirmations.

Learn to achieve goals quickly by removing unproductive thinking habits and replacing these with constructive, positive intentions; designed by you.

My name is Deb Murphy; I am the founder of Mindshift Meditation and the One Mindshift System 

I teach meditation to unlock your highest potential, how to rewrite your thought patterns, and techniques for control of your mind to achieve goals. 

Through over 25 years of learning and teaching meditation, martial arts, and energy work, I've continued to expand myself and assist others to achieve a higher level of consciousness which leads to increased health and wellbeing. 

The One Mindshift system is the summation of these teachings and experiences, packaged for accessibility by a wider range of folks that don't feel they have the time needed to dedicate to their self improvement.

Beginning with a three minute session repeated three times a day, the One Mindshift system provides a means to expand consciousness; even for busy people who have difficulty making the time and commitment it takes to nurture mind, body, and spirit (energy).

One Mindshift was born of necessity.

Throughout my energy healing and martial arts practice I had difficulties finding the time to take care of my own wellbeing (especially while expending my energy teaching and helping others); so I had to learn how to make small amounts of time add up! 

I also had to design a program to keep an accountable and consistent practice for a wide range of people with diverse goals. 

I began to create personalized meditation plans for myself, my friends, martial arts peers, other healers, and coaching clients. These initial plans were small movement sessions (a few minutes), repeated several times per day and tracked on a chart. The results were amazing and I knew I was on to something great.

Most importantly, I learned consistency and repetition is more important than length of time; if people could spend a few minutes of time a few times a day, we still saw benefits accumulate. This is how the basis of the three sessions repeated three times a day began to take shape.

One Mindshift is designed to be a go-to conscious meditation practice for people who are stressed, short on time, always going, and find it hard to make time for ourselves!
